To enhance customer convenience, Woori Bank has introduced a Mobile Banking Application that enables users to manage their accounts and conduct financial transactions effortlessly, seven days a week. Customers can leverage the Mobile Banking App to:

• Check account balances and details.
• View transaction history and access account statements for up to 6 months.
• Transfer funds between their own accounts and to other accounts within Woori Bank.
• Initiate transfers from Woori Bank accounts to accounts at other financial institutions participating in the real-time FAST Payment Service of the National Bank of Cambodia and Bakong.
• Repay loans within Woori Bank.
• Top up mobile phone balances using PIN or PINLESS methods.
• Settle utility bills.
• Apply for Woori Bank loans instantly.
• Register for a Bakong Account.
• Conduct various Bakong transactions such as sending, receiving, depositing, and QR payments.
• Transfer funds from Current/Saving Accounts (CASA) to CASA or via QR Pay using the Real-Time Fund Transfer (RFT) system.
• Generate and share QR codes swiftly using the Quick Scan function.
• Access exchange rates on the home screen for USD/KHR, USD/THB, THB/KHR pairs.

The customers are required to hold a Savings Account with Woori Bank and create a user account on the Mobile Banking Application either independently or at any of their 100+ branch locations to avail themselves of the features offered by the Woori Bank Cambodia Mobile Banking Application.
